Where Is My Order?
Orders will usually be processed within 2-7 business days from the date your order was placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as we have shipped out your order. If you have chosen to include tracking in your order, you will receive a tracking number as well. Once your order has been shipped, we no longer have any control over the location of your order. All further shipping inquiries, delay inquiries, or possible lost package claims need to be directed to USPS so they can best serve you. We do not offer and cancelations or changes to your order after purchase as orders are moved directly into shipment after purchase.

Do You Accept Returns?
As a small business, all sales are final from this shop and we unfortunately are not able to offer refunds or exchanges at this time for any reason. Please take the time to read all product descriptions, look at product images carefully, and ask us any questions you may have through our contact page before purchase:)
All items in your cart will also be listed out clearly before purchase, please take time to review those items carefully before purchasing as these terms also apply to duplicate items.
*Items that are returned to sender due to a customer address error will unfortunately need to be recharged the shipping rate. Please double check your cart and shipping information before completing your order! We are unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently, we only ship domestically throughout the USA. If you’d like to see us ship to your country, please drop us a request through our contact page and we’ll add it to the list as we expand :)
What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
Please inspect your order from us upon receiving it. If you notice that the item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the order issue and make things right. You have 7 days after order delivery to make a claim with our shop, we cannot accept any claims after 7 days. If your item is damaged, please include photos of damages with your email.
